Remember folks, I formulate things based on the properties of the ingredients. I do not make or sell medical products, and I do not give medical advice. Consult your healthcare professional for any medical issue or diagnosis.

When I make salves it's with the intention to use them. When I formulated this one I was experiencing a lot of discomfort in my neck and shoulders. I blended a salve with essential oils and resins that have properties which could benefit me. Here's what I have been using. It's sold in a 2 oz tin. Use it sparingly, and I recommend not applying more than 3 times a day. Do not use it on infants, or toddlers.

Ginger: has anti-inflammatory properties, has a bit of a citrusy/floral scent

Menthol Crystals: This is used for it's analgesic properties. It's used in many OTC formulations, so I decided to add it to this salve.

Camphor: It's been used for centuries for it's pain relieving properties, so this was also a given for me. I even remember by grandma adding this to petroleum jelly for rub on my chest when I had a cold, and on my leg when it hurt after falling. If it was good enough for her, it is certainly good enough for me.

Additional ingredients: Kokum Butter, Cocoa Butter, Candelillia Wax, Apricot Kernel Oil, Grapeseed Oil.
